Why we’re
donating

This drop isn’t really about merch. It’s about the community that’s been part of Bodypoint’s story since 1991 — the people who use what we make, and the people who advocate alongside them.

The pledge, plainly

Bodypoint donates 100% of the profits from The 1991 Archive to Laughing At My Nightmare. Not a cut, not “a portion of proceeds” — all of it. And there’s no asterisk that shrinks it later: when the drop closes on September 10, we’ll tally it, make the donation, and publish the total.

Who they are

Laughing At My Nightmare is a nonprofit that uses humor to change how the world sees disability — and, through its grant program, puts adaptive equipment into the hands of people who need it. If you know them, you already know why we asked. If you don’t: start with the name.

Why them

Our mission is to make high-quality products that improve the lives of wheelchair users every day. Theirs is to get equipment — ours and everything else wheelchair users need — into people’s hands, while changing how the world talks about disability. We believe what they believe: everyone should have the equipment they need to live life to the fullest. Our vision, their vision — a match made in heaven.

The fine print, honestly

You’re buying a shirt, not making a donation. The donation is Bodypoint’s, made from our own funds — which means your purchase isn’t tax-deductible, and we’d rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. What your order does is set the whole thing in motion.

Thank you for wearing a piece of it.
